The mission of the National Charity League, Inc. is to foster mother-daughter relationships 

in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development 

and cultural awareness.

The National Charity League, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization of mothers and daughters, dedicated to serving their local communities and comprised of 168 Chapters in 17 states across the country. The Crystal Springs Chapter was formed in 2005 and chartered in 2007. Our members reside in Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo and Foster City. The Chapter supports the mission and values of NCL, Inc.
